Sound Bath in Dunfermline with Hammocks & air mattresses

Thank you to everyone who joined yesterday’s Sound Bath in Dunfermline. We had a full class and such beautiful energy in the room 💜

Please remember, the hammocks and air mattresses are first come, first served, so try to arrive on time if you’d like a chance to have one of those. The rest will enjoy the session on yoga mats, and I always do my best to provide two mats per person to support your back and comfort.
