β¨ Gentle Mobility & Breath Workshop - A Morning for You β¨
Iβve just returned from a deeply nourishing retreat filled with yoga, mantra singing and grounding exercises and I would love to share some of this calm, nourishing and grounding energy with you all. πΏπ
I asked my Irish friend to come over and share her beautiful gifts with us. Join me and Madeline next Saturday morning, 30th August from 9:30am till 12pm, for a gentle mobility and breath workshop, a space designed for self-care, nourishment, relaxation and renewal at the Dalgety Bay Sailing Club including some light refreshments afterwards.
This workshop is open to all abilities, complete beginners are very welcome as well. Together weβll explore:

π§ββοΈ What to bring: a yoga mat (or exercise mat), a blanket/throw, and a cushion or pillow so you feel cosy and supported. Wear something comfortable like leggings or a tracksuit.

You are also welcome to stay or just come for the free short presentation afterwards on how to deepen the nourishment on a cellular level.
