Trial Mums & Bubs Class

This is your chance to experience the Empower Me Fitness difference.
Improve your energy, mood and fitness whilst your little one is close by.
Starting with pelvic floor and core connection, we move to build strength and fitness for #mumlife
Connect with other awesome Mums in a supportive environment.
$10 for a trial class - limited spots available.
Tuesday at 10am or Thursday at 9:30am.
