Dust Off That Machine: Join our 2-Week Beginner Sewing Essentials 🧵
Do you have a sewing machine hiding in the back of a cupboard? Maybe it was a gift, a thrift store find, or a hand-me-down that feels a little too intimidating to turn on?
It’s time to take it out of the box and gain the confidence to actually use it! Our 2-Week Beginner Sewing Class is specifically designed for the "nervous beginner." We take the mystery out of the threads and bobbins, turning that machine from a dust-collector into your favorite creative tool.
What You’ll Learn
In just two sessions, we’ll move from "how do I thread this?" to "look what I made!"
Week 1: Meet Your Machine. Learn how to wind a bobbin, thread the machine, change needles, and master basic stitch settings.
Week 2: Your First Project. Put your new skills to work as you sew a custom project bag from scratch—perfect for carrying your future sewing supplies!
A Skill for Life
Learning to sew is more than just a hobby; it’s an empowering life skill. Once you know the basics, you have the power to:
Mend & Save: Fix hems, replace buttons, and repair tears instead of throwing clothes away.
Upcycle: Transform thrifted finds or dated outfits into something modern and uniquely yours.
Reduce Waste: Join the movement toward sustainable fashion by extending the life of your textiles.
