2. FULL NAME of all bowlers
3. USBC#'S FOR EACH BOWLER (if DO NOT have a USBC# but are bowling in any UNSANCTIONED, ORGANIZED Leagues, I will need a pic of the latest LEAGUE STANDING SHEET.

FORMAT:
***Bowl 4 games, moving pairs after each game, then Cut to the top 50% (Pinfall DOES NOT carry over).
***ELIM ROUND #1 - Bowl 1 game, 50% (Pinfall DOES NOT carry over).
***ELIM ROUND #2 - Bowl 1 game, 50% (Pinfall DOES NOT carry over).
***FINAL Round - Bowl 1 Game to determine the FINAL STANDINGS
