"The leaves are about to show us just how beautiful it is to let things go". A guided yoga practice with other nature loving yogis! Come as you are, modifications offered.

Practice is sliding scale contribution day of $12-20

Recommended to bring: Water to hydrate, a large blanket for under yoga mat, and any props you love
