Let It Glow Yoga ✨

Join Sherri Keenan on December 28th from 2–4 PM at Wendy Fit Yoga/Pilates Studio, a serene and supportive space filled with cozy candlelight, props, pillows, blankets, bolsters, sandbags, hammocks, aromatherapy and all the soft comforts that help your body exhale, let go and feel light.

We’ll ease into restorative poses, breathe into stillness, and fall into a floating Yoga Nidra, enjoy gentle poetry centered on the theme of light.

To deepen our grounding and connection, we’ll share ceremonial cacao and conscious cookies, bringing a little sweetness and heart-opening warmth to the experience with a bite that’s light.

All levels are welcome. Bring your intentions, your openness, and your willingness to unwind as we step into the new year with clarity and peace. This special session is $28 ❤️🤍💚
