This all-levels vinyasa flow class is designed to build your balance and strength, no matter where you are on your fitness journey. You’ll leave your mat feeling lighter, stronger, and blissful, all while enjoying great tunes and a breathtaking view (from an air-conditioned space!)
We kindly ask you to bring your own yoga mat. The class will run from 9:15am-10am. After class, the experience continues with a complimentary glass of bubbly.
Kristin, a certified holistic health coach and owner of The Rooted Collective has redefined what it means to work out. With her expertise in barre, pilates, and strength training, Kristin has crafted a unique, dynamic approach that challenges you both physically and mentally. Her classes are designed to be upbeat, evolving, and, most importantly—fun! Kristin discovered yoga at an early age and found it transformative, cultivating strength, flexibility, and mindfulness on the mat. Seeking more movement and strength-building, she fell in love with barre and was inspired to combine the best of these disciplines. This led to the creation of The Rooted Collective, a fresh and empowering workout experience. Kristin’s mission is to foster a community of women who support and inspire one another to step out of their comfort zones and thrive. She’s passionate about helping you build a life—and body—that you truly love. Kristin believes in the power of connection, self-care, and shared joy. Whether it’s challenging your body, finding peace on the mat, or sharing a celebratory glass of bubbly with newfound friends, her classes are about more than fitness —they’re about creating a supportive and uplifting community.
