Fall Equinox Fire Cider Workshop

This age-old tonic is a spicy, zesty herbal infusion that awakens the senses, strengthens immunity, and adds a spark to your everyday wellness. Together, we’ll explore the history and healing benefits of fire cider, meet each ingredient as both food and medicine, and learn how to craft your own custom blend.

Every student will roll up their sleeves, chop, stir, and infuse—leaving with a jar of Fire Cider they’ve made themselves to take home and continue brewing. ✨
