To raise the vibration and celebrate the rebrand of Wild at Heart into the new name - Dance Medicine: Ecstatic Dance Dunedin - we’re closing the year with something special.
Join us for a full Dance Medicine: Ecstatic Dance followed by a relaxed community party: a night to shake off the year, reclaim your energy, and land back in connection with yourself and others.
We begin with the dance facilitated by Jasmin Amrita. A dynamic, soulful movement experience guided by breath, rhythm, instinct, and the healing intelligence of your own body. Then… we keep the vibe flowing with our end of year gathering: good humans, warm conversations, and nourishing drinks (and perhaps an organic jam session if it flows - byo instruments!)
