Cradled by bolsters, blankets, and blocks, you’ll sink into gentle postures, surrounded by the soft glow of candlelight, soothing aromatherapy, and quiet poetry that stirs the soul. This is more than a class ~ it’s a gift to yourself, a space to release, restore, and receive the kind of calm, peace, and self-care you’ve been longing for.
