All God’s Creatures – Bring your humans!
Our annual St. Francis Day Blessing of the Animals service will take place on
SUNDAY, OCT 5, 2025 at 4 PM
On the Patio!
At our annual Blessing of the Animals service, we praise God, give thanks for all creatures who have touched our lives, and bless the furry, feathered, and scaled animals in our midst.
~~~ PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BRING YOUR BELOVED CREATURE WITH THEIR APPROPRIATE LEASH/HARNESS/CARRIER. ~~~
This year we are collecting items for Second Chance for Strays,
a foster-based rescue focusing on cats & kittens. Their wish list includes:
• Friskies Cat Food: Turkey and Giblet
• Purina ONE Kitten & Sensitive Stomach varieties
• Litter – both clay and clumping
• KMR kitten milk
• Cash donations for medical bills are always welcome.
Note: This service is outside and will not be live-streamed.
* – In the event of rain, the service will be moved inside our parish hall, aka “Kirk Hall.”
