Bird Feeder Workshop

Bring the beauty of New Zealand’s native birds right to your backyard with a handmade macramé bird feeder!

Many of our native birds, like the tūī and the korimako, feed on nectar. You can help support them year-round by offering a little extra food in a backyard feeder. Sugar water is a great supplementary treat for nectar-loving species, and your new macramé creation will be the perfect way to serve it.

Tickets are $15 and include everything you need to make your very own bird feeder.

Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult.
