Beginners Sourdough Class at Dunedin MockFusion

Duration: Approximately 2 hours

Ready to dive into the world of sourdough? This hands-on beginner workshop is the perfect place to start! Taught by Leaven Goods, you'll learn everything you need to confidently bake your first loaf at home—no experience necessary.

What’s Included:
• Your very own active sourdough starter
• Recipe card + detailed starter care instructions
• A proofing basket
• One sourdough loaf in progress, ready to finish at home

Please Note:
You’ll take your loaf home after class and refrigerate it overnight. It will be ready to bake the next day in a Dutch oven or two standard loaf pans using the double pan method.

What to Bring:
Just yourself and an apron (or wear something you don’t mind getting a little floury). We’ll provide everything else!
