Immerse yourself in a 60-minute sound bath designed to activate your energetic portal and facilitate deep relaxation. Afterward, join Jess for an optional 30-minute session of somatic release movement and ecstatic dance as she steps into her new role as DJ KEENZ—bringing vibrant energy and joyful movement to support your healing journey.
You can choose to simply enjoy the sound bath or stay for the full experience and shake off your stress with our lively dance party! Dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and a water bottle to enhance your comfort.
