A new farm-to-table experience featuring all Finger Lakes wine.
On Wednesday, August 27th, Dean Lane Dining will host our members for an intimate, educational farm-to-table experience. Chef and owner Michael Dean, alongside his wife, co-owner, and pastry chef, Lisa Dean, will curate a special dinner menu for our members paired alongside an exciting list of all Finger lakes wine. Dean Lane's Beverage Director and in-house sommelier, Dan Brezinsky, will lift the curtain to his wine-pairing process for each prix-fixe menu, walk you through the intentionality of each coursed pairing, what makes it work, and why he shines a light on small Finger Lakes producers.
This event includes a full 4 course dinner, alongside wine pairings. Folks have the ability to purchase wines by the glass at 6pm before the event begins, and registration begins at 6:15pm.
