Dana N. Dobosz has been a resident of Kane County for most of her life. Dana started at a young age in the legal profession. She attended undergraduate at Valparaiso University where she received a degree in Geography and minors Native American Cultural Studies and Creative Writing. After graduation Dana was a park ranger with the Indiana Dunes. While working part time she was accepted to Valparaiso University School of Law. In 2010 Dana graduated from Law School opened a practice with her father Glen T. Dobosz, in Elgin. Dana has chosen to focus her practice in the following areas:
Taxes - Completes tax returns for individuals, corporations and trusts.
Estate Planning - Drafting of Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney
Corporate Law - Setting up and dissolving corporations, advising corporations on all matters from employees, leases, contract and just making sure the corporation is running how it needs to be run.
Real Estate - Buyer and selling of commercial and residential real estate.
Dana excels in the area of Estate Planning. She is the Illinois Advisor for Interactive Legal, which not only gives her resources nationwide, but also allows her to work with some of the superstars in the Estate Planning industry. Dana strives to make sure that her documents not only provide peace of mind, but are also drafted and explained in a way that clients can understand. Dana also attends the Heckerling Institution each year which allows her to update to date on changes with taxes and estate planning.
