Join us for PRISM Immersive Technology Summit — this landmark all-island gathering brings together up to 150 decision-makers who are exploring or already using Immersive Technologies (AR/VR/XR), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Digital Twins to reduce costs, acclerate growth and outpace competitors.
Delivered in partnership with Dundalk Institute of Technology (DkIT), PRISM will highlight real-world success stories and ROI, showing how these technologies are already transforming industries and unlocking new growth opportunities.
If you’re exploring XR adoption in the next 3–5 years, this event is your chance to get ahead of the curve.
Over one action-packed day you will:
Whether you’re seeking productivity gains, cost savings, faster training, or new ways to innovate, PRISM is your gateway to proven solutions and collaborative opportunities.
Who will you meet?
Supported by:DkIT, Queen’s University Belfast, Digital Catapult, InterTradeIreland, Louth County Council and its Local Enterprise Office, Oriel Hub, Cutural & Creative Industries Skillnet, Creative Ireland and more.
Fourth Reality will demo educational VR apps including the Digital Twin of University College Cork's high-tech science studio
Realsim will be will be demonstrating the VR Red Sea Airport Airside Driver training experience developed for daa International for their client Red Sea Global. As well as demonstrating city Digital Twins for various urban planning projects, from Dublin, Cork and Grenoble (France).
AIMA Opex will demonstrate how they use Smart Glasses to guide experienced factory operators to scan a job, then narrate, and perform each step. They will show how they use AI to build a living model of what “correct” looks like, giving factory operators real-time instructions as they work. "This is intelligence built into the work itself."
Virtual Museum of Art will present an exciting VR gallery experience, showcasing a diverse range of immersive digital artworks that invite visitors to explore art beyond traditional boundaries. Alongside the VR gallery, VMA will feature a lively, interactive drawing platform that encourages creativity and engagement, where visitors can create and interact with art in a fun and immersive virtual environment.
The team from MSLETB XRHub Sligo will be showcasing the Immersive Technology Apprenticeship & XRHub, as well as demoing a SpatialLab 3D Laptop, the Meta Ray-Ban glasses, and other XR devices.
ACE will be showcasing their Mixed Reality Drone Flight Training Prototype App — an immersive training tool designed to help drone pilots prepare for their Specific Category drone licence practical test. Developed in Unity using the Microsoft Mixed Reality Toolkit, the app simulates key steps in the flight assessment process, offering a safe, interactive environment for pilots to practice essential skills and procedures.
Arup will showcase a VR experience they developed for South Dublin County Council as part of the Knocklyon to Ballyboden Active and Sustainable Travel Scheme.
Designed to support engagement during the planning process, the experience allows users to explore the proposed infrastructure from the perspective of a pedestrian, cyclist and driver. By bringing the design to life, it helps people understand the scheme and take part in shaping its development.
At the Digital Catapult booth visitors can expect to meet members of Digital Catapult’s Digital Twin team with knowledge of immersive technologies and Digital Twins. They can experience the Digital Twin education experience exploring collaborative environments across Digital Catapult facilities in the Belfast Digital Twin Centre, London’s IoT Lab, and the Advanced Media Production facility at Gateshead and learn about the process of creating a Digital Twin of a real-world asset.

Info: Timmy Ghiurău is a pioneer in immersive technologies, bridging design, research, and engineering to shape the future of mobility and AI. At Volvo Cars, he led the adoption of Unity, Varjo, and NVIDIA tools to bring XR into every stage of product development - from early design concepts and ergonomics research to validation and the user experience of self-driving cars. His work has consistently turned speculative ideas into practical workflows, redefining how industries innovate with simulation and immersive design. Today, as co-founder of The Point Labs (The new Immersive Bauhaus), Timmy continues to fuse worldbuilding, XR, and AI into experiments and platforms that push both culture and technology forward. Timmy is also an active investor in deeptech and creative industries, with a focus on strengthening the European research ecosystem. He has provided strategic advice to the European Commission and other governmental institutes on foresight, digital twins, and AI policy.
Info: Mark is the Executive Director of the Augmented Reality for Enterprise Alliance (AREA). The AREA is a membership funded alliance, helping to accelerate the adoption of Augmented Reality (AR) through a comprehensive ecosystem.
With a focus on creating value and ROI for its members, his goal is to develop a robust and active ecosystem for AR. His background includes a strong interest in mobile, AR, VR, and IoT and he is excited to work with enterprises, providers and research organizations to the benefit and growth of AR within the enterprise.
At PRISM Mark will discuss the 'Status of the Enterprise Augmented Reality (AR) Ecosystem and What Can We do to Improve it!'
