Embodied Connection: A Partnered Somatic Movement Workshop

A heart-centered somatic movement experience designed to foster connection, presence, and compassion. In this workshop, you’ll partner up to explore gentle guided movement, mirrored practices, and breathwork that attunes you to both your body and your partner's.

Engage in nurturing somatic practices that support empathy, nervous system regulation, and embodied awareness. Through mindful touch, shared movement, and co-regulated breath, you will deepen your capacity for listening, honoring, and being present with yourself and each other.

Celebrate connection, presence, and heart-centered relating this Valentine’s season. Everyone is encouraged and welcomed to join this workshop regardless of fitness level or ability.
