Open for Workouts
This is the very first official day to come in and get your sweat on! Doors open at 9:00am, and we will resume normal business hours from there on. We will be open and staffed 24/7!

We can't wait to see you all in the gym! Important dates are below:
> Kid's Crunch Baby Sitting will open on 8/13 at 9am - Normal Hours will resume on 8/14 (M-F 8a-1p and 4p-8p, Sat 8a-1p, Sun 1p-4p)
> Group Fitness, Ride, & HIITZone™ Classes begin 8/14.
> Hot Studio Classes begin 8/18.
