Eddie Carter is a stand up comedian and improviser from Marietta, GA. Now living in Atlanta, he’s made a name for himself through his self deprecating humor, roast jokes, and cynical improvisational style. You can catch him as a member of the Alley Stage improv team on Wednesdays and Don’t Tell Comedy shows across the Southeast.
Headliner: D'sean Ross
D’sean Ross is one of America’s hottest up and coming comedian/actors. D’Sean Ross came into the world with adversity. He was born three months early. Spent the next couple months in the incubator in high school he was diagnosed with an enlarged heart and they said he would never play sports again. Then he went to Cal State Fullerton on a Track scholarship, or he graduated and got his start in school by being hailed the class cut-up.
Outside of class, he performed at local stand-up comedian contests and continued to do this while in College. Thus, gaining him recognition at some of Los Angeles’ most popular comedy clubs. His routines as a stand-up comedian continue to make audiences double over with laughter. Not only does he perform at local comedy clubs, D’Sean Ross, who’s comedy takes on many degrees of laughter and drama. Comedy has landed him a few appearances on television. Additionally he has traveled across the states to colleges and university’s bridging the gap between education and comedy, Ross has also been blessed to entire our troops over seas (Japan,Kuwait, Iraq). Currently, D’Sean Ross can be seen touring or a comedy club near you.
Host Yoshee So is an Atlanta-based comedian raised by immigrant parents and 80's & 90's TV sitcoms. As a latch key kid, Yoshee found ways to entertain himself watching sketches, comedy and hours of MTV. He is a founder of the Red Pill Players improv troupe that travel around the world spreading the joy of 'on the spot' funny. He's opened for T.J. Miller and George Wallace and was chosen by NBC as a semifinalist for Standup for Diversity showcase. Yoshee produces multiple shows in the southeast including ATL in the Nash (improv + comedy mash-up show) and Comedy in the Clay (a showcase show of the best comics in the country). These days, you can find him touring the country while raising suburban kids, and managing a Céline Dion fan club.
