Social Craft Group- Mindfullness Bookshelf Workshop

Often called Anxiety Bookshelves these are miniature decorative libraries with removable mini books. They are designed for stress relief and focus.
If you are stressed you can shake the books loose and if you are feeling anxious you can can settle your mind by resetting them on the shelves.
Not only ate these mini libraries super decorative but they are also a fabulous creative wellbeing tool too.

Following our super successful fantasy world in a tin workshop recently we now invite you to come along and escape into the miniature world of calm and creativity as you create your own miniature book nook in a tin.
The gentle sense of order brings relaxation as you arrange your tiny books into the miniature library you will have created.
A work of art designed to soothe your soul.
