Art Journaling - Hey there dreamer !

What would life be if there was nothing left to dream about?
We all have dreams! Small dreams big dreams and dreams that we hope will come true.
Capture your dreams within a beautiful Art journal page.
A page dedicated to your dreams can be a powerful tool for self reflection.!
It allows us to visually represent our aspirations , goals and desires through Art, potentially acting as a source of inspiration and motivation.
There are no rules here! we all have different dreams and we will all choose different ways to portray them.
Paint, collage, written word, bullet pointing,....the choice is yours . The only item you must include somewhere in your page layout is a cardboard head and shoulders ( which i can cut for you before the session if needs be , just let me know ).
