Yin Yoga Teacher Training

We’re thrilled to announce The Well Studio Yin Yoga Teacher Training. This training is for anyone looking to deepen their knowledge and experience in this slower yoga practice. This practice is an invitation to find stillness in the body and the mind.

Yin Yoga targets the body’s deeper connective tissues, enhances flexibility and releases stress. We’ll practice the art of holding space, making this training ideal for yoga teachers and dedicated students seeking a slower, meditative approach to yoga.

In this training we’ll explore:
- Yin Yoga’s roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine
- The meridians and the elements
- The anatomical, energetic and philosophical foundations of this practice.
- How to guide students into long held, passive poses
- How to create a Yin Yoga class sequence

Saturdays & Sundays

Tuition: $895 - These hours can be used as CEU's
