Stacey Friedman is a sacred empowerment coach and spiritual guide who helps women come home to themselves through trauma memory resolution, nervous system work and sacred ritual.
Melissa Gordon is a licensed therapist, truth-speaker and soul guide who helps women reframe their stories and find strength in their own voices.
Together, we create grounded, supportive spaces for women to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves and one another.
We’ll guide participants through the proFOUND HER Method, a powerful and practical framework for personal transformation:

Learn how your past experiences have shaped your current thoughts, feelings, and patterns— and how to shift them. We’ll help you ground into your body, reconnect with your emotions and get honest about how you're really doing.
