Challenge: Reflect on how struggles have shaped you. Find one way to reframe difficulties in your life as opportunities for growth

You don’t have to talk about it if you don’t want to but we can if you do, I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Lastly as a reminder come prepared for the weather and wear proper hiking gear. Hiking boots/sneakers, rain jacket just in case, water, appropriate snacks.
