Fairview Park Hospital employees are giving back to our community by serving the school-aged youth of Dublin-Laurens County!

Are you in need of a backpack with basic school supplies like paper, crayons, pencils, erasers, glue, and scissors? We want to serve you! Stop by Fairview Park Hospital July 24th from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM to receive ONE free backpack stuffed with supplies while supplies last. Each child present will receive either one hotdog or hamburger plate, and a Frosty Frog!

Please register so we know how many children to expect! Registration does not guarantee you will receive a backpack. If you didn't get to register before the event, please still come! Registration is NOT a ticket to receive a backpack. It is only for head count purposes.

*Child must be present to receive backpack and meal, one backpack per child. This event is offered while supplies last.*
