Heartbeat of the Community – Free Heart Health Checks
Dubbo RSL is proud to host Heartbeat of the Community, a vital initiative helping our members, staff, and the wider community take proactive steps towards better heart health.
About the Initiative
Heartbeat of the Community is a partnership between Heartbeat of Sport (HOS) and Leagues Clubs Australia (LCA), making free heart health checks accessible in trusted, local spaces like ours.
What Happens on the Day
Qualified nurses will conduct quick and simple finger-prick blood tests. In less than 10 minutes, participants will have their:
Blood pressure
Cholesterol
Blood sugar levels
checked, along with receiving guidance on modifiable risk factors and healthy lifestyle habits.

Open to members, guests, and the local community. No bookings required – simply come along and take advantage of this free and important service.
