AURA Skypool Poolside Access
Begin your experience as you check in at AURA Skypool’s main entrance and are guided to your reserved seating. Choose from a range of options based on your selection: a 2nd row Marina-view sunbed, a plush sofa with Marina or Palm Jumeirah views, or a high table with direct views of the Burj Khalifa.
Get exclusive 3-hour access during your selected time slot:
Sunrise Session: 6am–9am – See the city bathed in morning light with serene vibes perfect for early risers.
Evening Session: 8pm–11pm – Unwind above the night lights of Dubai with an elegant and ambient evening backdrop.
Cool off with a dip in the temperature-controlled 360° infinity pool and take in views of the city skyline, ocean, and iconic landmarks. You'll be provided with a complimentary towel, personal locker, and full access to changing facilities.
You can also explore AURA’s curated bar and kitchen menus (additional cost) and sip handcrafted beverages on your sunbed or at the lounge.

Lunch in the Sky: Savor a 3-course Pan-Asian plated lunch served with spectacular daytime vistas.
Friday Night Brunch: Kick off the weekend in style with a Pan-Asian set-sharing menu, accompanied by 3 hours of free-flow house drinks and live DJ entertainment.

What to bring
Bring a valid photo ID matching the name on your booking; failure to provide may result in refused entry without refund.
Appropriate swimwear is mandatory for pool access. Acceptable swimwear includes one-piece/two-piece swimsuits, speedos, rash guards, board shorts, and burkinis.
You may wish to bring your own toiletries for use in the complimentary changing facilities.
What’s not allowed
Guests below 15 years are not allowed at any time. After 7pm, guests below 21 are not allowed in the indoor lounge.
Outside food or drinks are not permitted.
Unacceptable swimwear includes abayas, sarees, cotton clothing, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing, and sheer/see-through items.
Food takeaway is prohibited.
Additional towels and AURA robes are available for rent at an extra charge; only one complimentary towel per person is provided.
Guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or displaying inappropriate or disruptive behavior, will be refused entry without refund.
Any unredeemed minimum spend is non-refundable and non-transferable.

AURA is not responsible for inclement weather and may relocate your seating for safety reasons.
Management reserves the right to deny entry for inappropriate swimwear or behavior.
