What to bring

• Swimsuit to wear under the provided wetsuit, and a valid passport or government-issued photo ID matching the booking name.

What’s not allowed

• Children under 8 years old and individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted.

• For the safety of the animals, personal cameras, jewelry, and loose accessories are not allowed in the water.

Accessibility

• This experience is not accessible by wheelchair.

• Pregnant guests are advised to consult a physician before participating.

Additional Information

• Guests under 12 years must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult aged 18 or above.

• Arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time; late arrivals may be considered a “no-show.”

• The maximum number of participants per pod is 8.

• Aquaventure Waterpark closes at 5:30pm — plan your visit accordingly to make the most of your day.
