Hi Irish Parents, I wanted to share some exciting news—Sleepy Stars is coming back to Dubai this August! � I’ve helped many families in Dubai, mostly expat families and some locals. I know how it can be when family visits after the baby arrives, but then everyone has to head home. It’s not the same as it was years ago when you had your sister or mum close by all the time.
After years of working with celebrities, VIPs, and UHNW families caring for their little ones, I launched Sleepy Stars in 2018. I specialise in helping little ones sleep better. When I open the waiting list for one-to-one appointments, it fills up in no time! That’s why I decided to start these workshops—to provide parents with practical guidance and advice that really works. We’ve received hundreds of testimonials from parents who've found our workshops helpful.
This trip, we’re hosting two workshops: “Let’s Get Started” for parents of little ones aged 0-4 months, and “Nova” for those with little ones aged 4-12 months. One ticket admits TWO adults, so you can bring your partner, a friend, your nanny, etc., and babies are welcome to come along!
I just want to emphasise that it’s perfectly okay to ask for help. Many parents struggle until they reach a breaking point, but it doesn’t have to be that way.
