Since 2003, MEFIT Summit has been the Middle East’s largest health, fitness, and wellness education event, uniting professionals, innovators, and global thought leaders to shape the future of the industry.

This year’s edition promises to be the most expansive yet, with over 1,500+ participants, 30+ international speakers, and 80+ sessions across three impactful days.

For the first time ever, the 2025 edition will introduce the Biohacking & Longevity Summit - a full-day deep dive into the latest breakthroughs in health, performance, and living better for longer. Day 1 kicks off with the Business Summit along with the Biohacking and Longevity summit. Day 2 and Day 3 will feature the region’s premier Fitness & Wellness Summit, attracting decision-makers, gym owners, investors and fitness professionals across the fitness industry.
