Happy Routine

So Guys ! Here we go again on my own. My Saturdays routine shared it you. Starts waking up a bit late like (8:00) cause I enjoyed cuddling on my Bed. Fixed/ arranged my bed, Brushed my teeth � washed face to get fresh, Drink my hot lemon with empty stomach. Changed to Gym clothes, Back home Hot shower. Then I had to go out have a breakfast need to treat myself, and I like seeing people and birds around and do my meditation it’s healthy for everyone ( Exhale/Inhale). After that drive back home and cooked for my late � lunch. Sleep for half an hour. Wake up go for a little walk, back home shower, watching my action movies and a bit of News . And I made my a light sandwich to nibble with while watching it’s fun for me.. and that’s the life I keep on moving on. Have a Good day Guys to everyone ���
