Hosted by Canadian Professional Management Services and CLDSL, this 3-day training equips managers with the skills and confidence to lead effectively within a unionized workplace. Learn to interpret collective agreements, manage grievances and disciplinary actions constructively, and build strong, collaborative relationships with employees and union representatives. Develop practical skills in performance management, team development, conflict resolution, motivation, coaching, delegation, communication, and interpersonal dynamics.
