Reiki Sound Bath with Meditation 07.05.25

•Come and join Emma and Lynne for a beautiful hour of Meditation and Sound.
•Sound is beneficial to your Emotional, Mental and Physical Wellbeing.
•Each Meditation is tailored to the Season and The Moon Cycle and is offered with the intention of relaxation, to release of what no longer serves, of increased self awareness.
•Meditation is followed by a Sound Healing session using Crystal Bowls, Gong, Tuning Forks, Drums and Chimes.
• A guide to the session
-Please arrive for 6.45pm
-Wear loose layered clothing for comfort.
-Bring a pillow, blanket, water.
-Yoga mats are provided - you are welcome to bring your own.
-Fluffy socks, an Eyemask, a Journal are great optional extras
•Exchange is £15
•Payments are non refundable. Places can be transferred to the next event with suitable notice.
•Parking at the mill is FREE. Please enter your vehicle registration at reception
