Falling in Love with Natives, Garden Tour

View SIX fabulous, very creative gardens, highlighting our MANY beautiful Pennsylvania Native Plants. Late blooming and fruiting natives attract birds and pollinators to your garden.

Pick up your tickets the day of event at the starting point, Twining Valley Park, 1400 Twining Road, Dresher, PA 19025. Parking is available at or near all gardens. After securing your ticket, begin your tour at the amazing WNFGA Native Plant Demonstration garden located near the ticket table, at Twining Valley Park. Use this opportunity to ask questions about the plants displayed there and get ideas for your own home garden.

For those with an interest in history or architecture, several of the gardens have buildings from 1820's to early 1900's. (Note that the buildings will not be open, but you can admire the outside of them and the garden hosts may be able to share some of the history.)

Continue to the remaining private gardens as well as a local meeting house garden. (We ask that you respect the worshipers at the meeting house and not arrive at the meeting house before 1 PM.) Note that WNFGA table will be located at this location. You will find information on many horticultural resources to help you create /support your native garden.

Conclude your tour at the garden of renowned author Jenny Rose Carey, Northview. There will be a raffle with tickets available at Northview garden. The raffle is for a painted rain barrel and/or a collection of garden related items, including gift cards to local nurseries.
