Step back in time aboard our exquisitely restored 2000 Class Railmotors RM2004 & RM2032, known as the "Commissioner Cars", and enjoy two full days of rail travel, fine food, local wine, and relaxed country charm.

Day 1 – Saturday 30 August: Toowoomba → Stanthorpe
7:00am – Guest check-in at Toowoomba Station (luggage loaded by crew)
7:30am – Departure south through the scenic Southern Downs
Morning tea served onboard
Comfort stop at Warwick Station
12:00pm – Arrive Cottonvale, then transfer to:
Lunch & wine tasting at Heritage Estate Winery (12–2pm)
Visit to Stanthorpe Cheese Factory (entry included)
Late afternoon – Check-in at High Street Motor Inn/The Vines, Stanthorpe
Evening at leisure – Enjoy dinner at your own pace (included)
Day 2 – Sunday 31 August: Stanthorpe → Ballandean → Toowoomba
9:00am – Depart accommodation for Stanthorpe Station & gallery
9:45am – Depart by rail to Ballandean
10:30am–1:30pm – Wine tasting & gourmet lunch at Balancing Rock Wines
Afternoon tea served onboard as the train returns
Comfort stop at Warwick
7:15pm – Arrive back at Toowoomba Station

• Passengers are strongly encouraged to wear flat, comfortable shoes as the experience will be held outdoors on varying surfaces including gravel, grass and some uneven walkways.

Please plan to arrive at Toowoomba Station at least 30 minutes before departure.
Onboard toilets are available on both Railmotors.
Concession fares are not available for this trip.
Light refreshments and snacks are also available for purchase from onboard the Railmotors and the visitor souvenir shop will also be open before the tour.
We will endeavour to honour advance seating requests, however, we cannot guarantee any particular seat. We reserve the right to assign or reassign seats at any time, even after boarding the train. This may be necessary for operational, safety, security or other reasonable reasons.

Unfortunately, due to the era of the Railmotors, wheelchair access is not available. Access requires using steps into the carriages.
