This clinic focuses on mastering essential technical maneuvers, including front and rear wheel lifts and rock rolls, enabling riders to tackle obstacles with precision and control.

What You'll Learn:

1. Front Wheel Lifts:

Techniques: Learn how to effectively lift your front wheel over obstacles using a combination of body positioning, timing, and power application.

Application: Practice on various trail features to gain confidence in clearing roots, rocks, and other trail impediments.

2. Rear Wheel Lifts:

Techniques: Master the art of shifting your weight and timing your pedal stroke to lift your rear wheel smoothly.

Application: Apply this skill to navigate tight corners, drops, and tricky trail sections with ease.

3. Rock Rolls:
Techniques: Understand the fundamentals of approaching, rolling over, and descending rocky sections safely and efficiently.
Application: Experience real-world practice on different rock formations, learning how to maintain balance, control speed, and use your body movement to conquer rock rolls confidently.
