Save the Date! We’re excited to announce that our annual Head of House and FOAA Quiz Night
Extravaganza will take place during the evening of Thursday 22nd January. Further details will follow soon,
but we can’t wait to welcome as many families and teams as possible to battle it out against other staff and
families to see which House will take the crown! All proceeds will support our fantastic FOAA PTA (Friends
of Avonbourne Academies Parent Teacher Association), who work tirelessly to fund events and resources
that make school life memorable and enjoyable for our students.
As part of the evening, we’ll be running a Rainbow Raffle, featuring five beautiful hampers created by the
FOAA and inspired by our House colours: red, blue, yellow, green, and purple. We would be incredibly
grateful for any donations— including unopened, unwanted Christmas gifts — that match these colours to
help us create amazing prizes. There will be REACH points available for any donations. Please drop any
contributions to Student Reception by Tuesday 13th January 2026.
