Weaving together teachings and meditations from the fields of spirituality, non-duality, and embodied inquiry; somatic and depth psychotherapies; trauma- and shadow-sensitive mindfulness; ancient wisdom teachings and modern teachings of self-compassion; and the sacred mystery of human friendship, we’ll spend time each day in a healing, relational field where we can rest, open, and connect.
