Glow and Flow: Glow Ho Ho Flow

You'd better watch out ... Santa’s coming to Savasana!

Join Sydnie Mulcahy, CYT-200 yoga teacher and certified meditation and mindfulness guide, for a holiday-themed blacklight yoga class packed with festive cheer and your favorite Christmas jams.

Expect a joyful vinyasa flow to holiday pop, rock, and remixed classics — with a little glitter and glow to make spirits bright. We’ll warm up like cocoa, move like reindeer, and cool down like a snow globe settling.

Ugly sweaters, neon Santa hats, or anything holly and jolly welcome. Please bring your own mat and props. This class is 75 minutes in length. Space is limited, sign up now!
