EMERGING LIGHT: SOUND SPA EXPERIENCE

As the early light of spring begins to return, this Sound Spa Experience with Tessa Ann invites you to gently awaken from winter’s slower pace. This session is delivered with the intention of supporting you to brighten, open and softly re-energise — using uplifting tones and nurturing soundscapes to encourage expansion and ease.

Held in the intimate, cosy studio at Down Arts Centre, this two-hour experience closes with tea/coffee and time for quiet reflection.
Spaces are limited to 12 people.

Please bring: A yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and a bottle of water.
Wear comfortable clothing.
