Moms Day Out

Let’s celebrate the moms! Tuesday, August 26 from 10-12am Alli will be hosting a private event for moms to celebrate kids going back to school! No kids, or grown kids? That’s cool…you can still join! Ladies only though!

We will have light refreshments and snacks as well as our usual coffee and tea! Saunas, Cold Plunge, Red Light Therapy, Grounding Mats all included 🙌🏼
