Village Sound Bath

Simply pause and take the time to rest in the vibration of sound. The body’s natural healing response occurs when we allow ourselves this time.

The session is started with a seasonal guided meditation before the sound gradually awakens.
The sound of the chimes, Tibetan Bowls and gong are known to ease stress and anxiety, improve sleep and even ease pain.
