Tranquili-Tea Yoga

Join us for yoga and tea time! A serene candlelight yoga session designed to relax your body and calm your mind during the busy holiday season. After class, unwind with a warm cup of soothing tea and connect with fellow participants in a peaceful atmosphere. You’ll even get to take home your very own teacup as a keepsake! This perfect combination of movement, mindfulness and ambiance will leave you feeling refreshed and centered. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and wear comfortable clothes. All levels are welcome! Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class. Registration closes Jan. 8.
