This 75-minute Winter Solstice experience is designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and gently open your heart space as you prepare for the holiday week ahead.
You’ll be guided through:

✨ Soft, nourishing reiki offered throughout
✨ A deep, restorative sound bath to support rest, clarity, and inner spaciousness
Please bring anything that helps you get cozy—yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eye mask, warm socks, or any items that help you fully drop into comfort.
