Valentines Kimchi Class

Join Kimchi Kitchen at the charming Stages kitchen. Learn how to make an authentic fermented kimchi dish called Tanggun (Carrot, leek, and asian radish kimchi). We will be making the kimchi in a communal setting, following traditional Korean practices. At the end of class, you will take home a quart of the kimchi we made along with a memorable experience.
