Spring Forest Walk- Dover Forest

This walk is about moving gently, noticing the world around you, and connecting with nature, with yourself, and with others.

There’s no agenda, no speed requirement, just a space to breathe, reflect, and take in the beauty of late spring.

What to Expect

• Walk at an easy, human pace
• Pauses for reflection, conversation, or silence
• Immersive experience in Dover’s forests
• Meeting like-minded people in a relaxed, confidential environment

What to Wear

• Layers: Lightweight base layer (breathable fabrics) + mid-layer (fleece or thin jacket)
• Outer layer: Waterproof/windproof jacket (May showers are possible)
• Legs: Comfortable pants or leggings
• Feet: Sturdy walking shoes or hiking boots
• Accessories: Hat or cap, optional sunglasses
