Sound Bath

Join Audrey Ingibersdóttir for a guided crystal singing bowl sound bath designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reset as a new month begins in the depths of winter. This immersive experience invites the body and mind into a state of deep relaxation through the soothing vibrations of quartz crystal bowls.

Because the body is largely made of water, sound moves through us easily — not just something we hear, but something we feel. These gentle vibrations can help calm the nervous system, soften held stress, and restore a sense of balance and flow.

The workshop will begin with gentle guidance to settle the body, breath, and mind, followed by an explanation of the crystal singing bowls and how each note resonates with different areas of the body. A brief period of silence will help prepare the senses for sound, before Audrey guides you into the experience of bathing in the layered tones and vibrations. The session will close with a slow, sensory-based awakening to ease you back into the day feeling refreshed and supported.
