Ode To Sleep / TEDDYYBEAR / MelZebra & thE buFFALOS - Dover Summer Series

Delve deep into the UK's grassroots music scene this summer at the Dover Summer Series, a programme of events in partnership with Arts Council England.


Ode To Sleep - East Kent trio that combine absolutely gargantuan sounding garage & grunge punk drums (O’Leary) and apologetically honest ‘Art as Activism’ lyrics and Bass guitar (Hayward) all enhanced with fuzzzy guitar riffs (Livings). Ode To Sleep are influenced by bands such as Sleater-Kinney, Bikini K*ll, Screaming Females, TØP, Hagar The Womb, Incubus, Aiden, Bonaparte and Ska-P. Ode to Sleep explore various topics with their music including: human and animal rights, environmental issues, equality and mental health.

MelZebra & thE buFFALOS - The wildest feminist 3 piece alternative grunge/punk band, based in Canterbury.
